Definition and feasibility study for the creation of a cultural center on the history of the Oise region
The future Cultural Center for the History of Oise aims to enhance the appeal of the department by promoting its exceptional heritage. Located on the former Société Générale de la Brosserie industrial site in Mouy—a central location served by the Paris-Nord train line—the project is grounded in cultural themes developed with the contracting authority and informed by a territorial positioning analysis.
Three development scenarios were proposed. A feasibility study helped identify the preferred scenario and define projected capital and operating costs.
Working alongside AP’Culture, reciproque contributed its expertise in visitor journey design, digital mediation, and audiovisual engineering to assess and secure the project’s technical components.
