Jacques-Erick Piette

With a doctorate in sociology and a diploma from the Ecole du Louvre, Jacques-Erick has 18 years' experience in managing cultural mediation projects, whether human, tangible, multimedia or digital.

An expert in the development of mediation systems and the management of complex projects centered on the experience of the public, Jacques-Erick brings people together, taking into account their multiple challenges. In particular, he has designed and developed web and mobile mediation solutions for numerous cultural institutions (the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, the Galeries nationales du Grand Palais, the Palais des Papes, the Château de Versailles), as well as for prestigious luxury brands (Dior, Chanel, Yves Saint-Laurent, Cartier...).

He joined reciproque in 2025 as Project Director.
