After implementing digital systems, the Fondation Louis Vuitton wanted to outsource part of the technical administration of its mediation and reception devices.
The mission assigned to Reciproque consisted of ensuring the editorial coordination and technical operations in relation to regular use of the digital services: supervision of content production and translation, regular updates to several back-office programs, consolidation of maintenance processes, and support for management teams.
Throughout the service, Reciproque provided recommendations for improving visitors’ satisfaction and for developing the facilities management systems.
