Digital service development strategy for


Five years after launching the Culturethè platform, the Institut français Paris sought to refocus its service offering and its positioning, in order to meet the results objectives set by the trustees and to attract future investments for the continued development of the service.

The Institut français asked Reciproque to conduct a needs assessment, define the expectations of the target audience, and to identify the key success indicators for the offering.

The team organized several design workshops on the economic, marketing and technological challenges, which informed the drafting of a framework document outlining development hypotheses and a list of recommendations in response to the challenges.

Reciproque then prepared a summary organization proposal that would lay the foundation of the Culturethèque strategy for 2016-2020.
